30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible, non-custom apparel.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@413printco.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
